My sacred life - striking a spiritual connection

For me, nothing's more wholesome and satisfying than praying together. It’s the best of both worlds right there in one place! They say families who pray together, stay together, and I second that – nothing makes me feel closer to hubby than this.

Then there's the additional bonus of gratifying my thing for using "for him" and "for her" versions of everything... so it's nothing short of cloud9 for me!

Thats a very good habit, Coz its even said in a hadith that a prayer offered in Congregation is given the reward 25 times more than a prayer offered alone.

Love your 'her' and 'him' version of everything ... ;-)

oh gosh mayg, i totally agree with you on this one. theres a connection (with God and him) there that i can't put into words. It brings a very different kind of sakeenah into the heart. with hubby being out of town, this is what i'm missing most:(

True true true .... Our whole family always used to pray at least one namaaz together if not all ... and nothing's more sacred and blessed than that :)

So which one's urs and which one's his =)
